It comes from listening.
I prepare deeply, but I don't disappear into a script. I listen to what's actually being said, notice where the energy is moving, and know when to follow the conversation somewhere unexpected.
My background spans television production, communications, international diplomacy, marketing, event production, wellness, and more than three decades of working with people from vastly different worlds.
That range allows me to walk into a room curious rather than rehearsed, and create an environment where guests feel comfortable enough to be themselves.
